Protein Hummus- Delicious Hummus recipe with Edible worms

You'll need:

  • 2 cans of Chickpeas
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • 1 spoon of Tahini
  • ½ Lemon1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • A handful of Parsley
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 25g Flourpro Buffalo larvae
  • Smoked Paprika
  • ½ dl water
  • ½ dl olive oil

Learn how to make hummus with edible insects in under 15 minutes!

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, tahini, cumin, salt, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice and pepper. Blend it until it gets smooth.
  2. Add chickpeas, water and Flourpro, and blend again until it becomes smooth. If you want the hummus to become extra smooth, you can peel the chickpeas before you add them to the blender.
  3. Decorate the hummus with smoked paprika and parsley, and you’re ready to go.
